Wolfgang Schulz
Wolfgang Schulz is Director of the Humboldt Institute for Internet and Society (HIIG) in Berlin and a member of the directorate of the Hans-Bredow-Institute in Hamburg, Germany. Since 1997 he has been a lecturer within the field of information and communication at the law faculty of the University of Hamburg. Since 2011, he is professor for «Media Law and Public Law including Theoretical Foundations” at the Faculty of Law at the University of Hamburg. Wolfgang Schulz was an expert member of the Enquete Commission Internet and Digital Society.
